Megan (she/her) is passionate about her work and fully supports her clients as they bravely journey into full recovery.
Education & Training
Registered Psychotherapist and member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).
- Master of Science Degree in Counselling Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Prescott College in Arizona.
- Studied the integration of Western and Buddhist psychological theories in regards to the treatment of eating disorder and co-occurring issues.
- Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto with a focus on psychology, philosophy, and Buddhism in relation to mental health.
- Extensive training in CBT, DBT and mindfulness.
- Receives regular clinical supervision.
